WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped.

Express or priority shipping orders must be placed before 3:30PM to ensure same-day shipping on business days. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped immediately during the next business day. 

MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED - WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

All orders are shipped via USPS, so receipt times will vary depending on your distance from Waco, Texas. Most orders will take anywhere between 5-14 business days.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Note, tracking data sometimes can take 24-72 hours to show up on the USPS website.

CAN I JUST COME PICK MY ORDER UP?

At the moment, we do not have a local pick-up option. We want you to receive your poster as quickly as possible, and the easiest way to do that is simply to ship it right to your door. 

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

All sales are final--we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we'll be more than happy to work with you.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Though we may consider it as we expand our inventory to include more cities, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. 

DO YOU SELL FRAMED POSTERS?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer pre-framed posters. We recommend purchasing frames from Target or Amazon. When you look for a frame, keep in mind that posters are 18" x 24".

CAN I ORDER CUSTOM COLORS OF A POSTER?

Of course! Please contact us with your ideal color scheme and we will work out the details. Custom orders require a minimum purchase of 60 units.

CAN YOU MAKE A POSTER FOR MY CITY? 

We would love to add your city to the Civic Line-up. We're constantly working on expanding our line of posters, but if you would like to move your city to the top of our list, let us know. Lodging and travel expenses must be provided.
